From the moment you walk into Ballarat Yoga, the external world of distractions, stress, anxiety and expectations, slowly begin to melt away. Here in this beautiful space, you have full permission to relax, unwind, reconnect and grow. Through the practice you are lead and inspired to openly explore your self, your body, your practice, your limits and your areas of restriction. It is a place where you are encouraged and challenged to grow, to learn, to let go and to be. The yoga teaching is unparalleled to any class I have attended. The instructors bring depth, knowledge, insight and experience beyond compare. Every level, age, body and circumstance is respectfully and compassionately catered for with genuine knowledge and understanding. The beginner’s classes teach the fundamentals of yoga with insight and without stress. A perfect yoga studio for anyone interested in exploring the practice and passion of Yoga.
